Support for Webtriad products is documentation-first.

Most common questions and known issues are covered in the product documentation. We strongly recommend reviewing the documentation before contacting support.

If you encounter a reproducible issue that is not addressed in the documentation, you may contact us by email with a clear description of the problem.

When contacting support, please include:

  • Product name
  • WordPress and WooCommerce versions
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • Any relevant error messages or screenshots

Support covers plugin installation, configuration, and verified bugs. We do not provide support for theme customization, third-party plugin conflicts, custom development, or hosting/server-related issues.

Support is provided on a best-effort basis. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
